Big Bear Resort Management

I am rejecting this response because:
The replaced furniture they provided were damaged and stainedThe lease agreement did only say refrigerator which is because the owner of Big Bear Resort Management forgot to add the furniture items to the lease which I unfortunately missedThe property is proven to be rented furnished by emails from the owner of Big Bear Resort management telling me the tenant's cat destroyed my couchNotice this couch was ALSO left out of the lease so the fact that *** *** forgot to add the rest of the furniture to the lease isn't much of a stretchLast time I left my property in Big Bear Resort Managements care it was completely furnished as their listing showed.Furthermore, the owner, *** ***, and the entire company were given written notification to stay off my property and the police had to be called when Mr*** was sneaking onto my property at AM without prior notice or consent. I have replaced the furniture personally since the mattress they provided me was urine stainedI am writing this as documentation of the quality of work this company provides.*** ***

Hello ***, I just received your letters regarding the above Complaint. We have furnished the Client, *** *** a copy of the lease agreement that she signed with her tenant showing the property was leased with a Refrigerator only. Many times properties are advertised for
rent with certain furnishings and at the time of lease signing the owner or tenant may omit or remove certain items based on a lease agreement The bed may have been left in the advertising and mopicture as the picture was taken prior to the owner removing the item or may not have removed the item before the tenant took possession of the property. In either case In the interest of satisfying our client we contacted her past tenant to try to recover the Bed Frame and Mattress. The tenant told us that he did not have the Bed frame and Mattress. Subsequently we provided the owner with a replacement bed frame and mattress. Our company has placed over 1,tenant leases over the past years in Big Bear. Hopefully this is a last and final response to your continued inquiry of the above matter.The information being provided to you is inaccurate I have provided pictures attached of the replacement bed that was provided On the date that *** *** is accusing me of trespass I was passing by in my course of business and noticed a car at the end of the driveway with a person standing near it I made contact with the person at the end of the driveway as I was standing on the street right away The person Identified themselves as *** ***s assistant and that he was putting the supplied bed in the property I left to continue on to my previous commitment in the area.Thank you for your help, *** ***, Broker,RSPS,SRES,TRCBig Bear Resort RE & Management###-###-####CALBRE #
