As Mr [redacted] , is aware, we arrived at his home and unfortunately the manufacturer of his windows, [redacted] s, made the glass the wrong size His product warranty is through [redacted] , not us, we are only an installation companyWe sent everything back to Great Lakes and they are remaking the glass It will be at least weeks before the manufacturer ships out the IGU'sWe have all our documentation that we have been nothing but responsive to this customerAs soon as the glass comes in, they will receive a call to set a new service appointment for the replacement glass

Mrs [redacted] reported her service on September 12, 2016, we scheduled [redacted] our technician and to come out on September 21st to create a punch list of glass needed because the customer was reporting a number of issuesWe ordered the glass from the manufacturer that same day The glass order came in from Great Lakes on October 6th but one piece was made wrong by Great Lakes and needed to be redoneMrs [redacted] was advised of this both verbally and in writing on October 18th New piece of glass was received on October 21st Mrs [redacted] was contacted on October 24th to pay labor charge for service, materials were 100% under warranty, and she did provide a credit card for paymentService is set for November 10th I am confused by the accusation of poor service, and do not feel this falls within the parameters of a legitimate Revdex.com claim

I am rejecting this response because: I have made prior attempts to have my window issues resolved which were years prior to my wife's complaint I would not feel satisfied with closure until the installment of my window glass is complete I also feel that based on my experiences with resolving issues with American Thermal Window, the complaint I filed is completely ilgitimate and appropriate
