Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have just gotten off the phone with my bank which was Wells Fargo as well, they checked my dec 14-Jan and jan15-febbank statements to see any credits back to my account and it does not show $credit back from Big Belly CrewBig Belly is showing the original receipt when I purchased the jacket and that they refunded 1/5/Their bank statement shows $was taken out of their account but it was not put into my accountI have to go to bank to get a copy of my jan statement since I no longer bank with themThey have not deposited any monies in my accountIm going to send you the copy of the purchase back on 9/5/and a copy of my January statement showing no credit of $deposited into my account Regards, [redacted]

I have just gotten off the phone with my bank which was Wells Fargo as well, they checked my dec 14-Jan 15 and jan15-feb15 bank statements to see any credits back to my account and it does not show $64.44 credit back from Big Belly Crew. Big Belly is showing the original receipt when I purchased the jacket and that they refunded 1/5/2015. Their bank statement shows $64.44 was taken out of their account but it was not put into my account. I have to go to bank to get a copy of my jan 2015 statement since I no longer bank with them. They have not deposited any monies in my account. Im going to send you the copy of the purchase back on 9/5/2014 and a copy of my January 2015 statement showing no credit of $64.44 deposited into my account.

I would like for you to reopen my compliant, I'm attaching my Dec 2014, Jan 2015, and Feb 2015 Wells Fargo Statement showing that nothing was ever refunded and deposited into my account. I stopped using my account at the end of december as it show there are no withdrawals or deposits into my account only a negative balance. Big Belly Crew shows that on 1/14/2015 the took money out of their account but I never received it, it would show that it was refunded into my account, like the original purchase shows on my account the monies taken from my account and put into their account there is a legal description on who it was paid too. Just cause they withdrew the monies, it doesn't show it was put into my account does it? I would appreciate you to re-open my complaint and please advise.Sincerely
