Big Ben Car Wash

I have been to this car wash about a dozen times maybe a little less and at first it seemed ok Then after going back I started noticing scratches that were not on my car before and brought to the attention of the manager and was just told maybe I never noticed it before I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned a few more times The last two times my car has damaged One time my hood plug was taken off by one of the employees and when I confronted the manager about this issues I was told oh maybe someone took it off from the street or it just fell off I know for a fact it was on before they washed the car I would have noticed to hole on my hood before going there This last time my passenger side wiper was damage I noticed they left it out of position and tested it out and it stop workingNo more than two weeks ago my wipers were working fine So once again I confront them about it and was told all I do is complain that they damage my car that if its so bad not to go there anymore With this said I advise precaution when dealing with this business Take a picture right before they wash your car and make sure everything is working properly and make a recording of it and show them as proof once they damage your own car Nothing is being done by the owner of the carwash for all he cares about is making his own money and not worrying about customer service
