As a resolution I would like the option to purchase the vehicle without a down payment or a loan since I have already exceeded the blue book value of the car. I've basically already paid off the car that I'm renting in weekly payments and have not received the customer service that I was owed...

although he continues to deduct money weekly from my account. I am  currently without the vehicle that I am still being charged for. HELP ME PLEASE. I'm a single mother,  a Christian and a good person.
