I bought a whirlpool washer in April at a large home improvement center and bought the extended warranty alsoI contacted the warranty center for a complaint concerning the washer and had work scheduled for days laterI had to find someone who could be at my house during the hour of 8-because no one could give me a closer timeframe of when they could be hereThey NEVER showed NEVER called to reschedule and Has NOT returned any calls to date ( a week later) still attempting to get back ahold of warranty center but was on hold for over minutes yesterday and was disconnectedIf not resolved soon will take washer back to retailer and get refunddefinitely will not refer any work here

*** [redacted] To whom it may concern,In regards to case for the repairs done on Mr [redacted] 's refrigeratorThere was a lengthy delay in completing the repairsThe parts that were needed to complete the repair were on back order through our parts distributorThis caused an inconvenience to the customer as we know, which is unfortunateSituations such as this do arise from time to time and is totally out of our controlWe did our best to keep everyone involved up to date with the status of the repairsWe even tried to have the customers extended warranty company assist with locating the part through other parts distributors, but they would not help at allI understand the customer is frustrated with his appliance, as it has been repaired multiple times by numerous service companies for the same issueThe repairs were completed last week for the customer and should holdWe hope to have this issue resolved for Mr [redacted] and his refrigeratorPlease let us know if there is anything else we can doThanks, [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted]

I purchased a washer and dryer set from [redacted] in and purchased the extended warranty for both of themI love my washer and dryerHowever, I recentli had an issue with my washer not wanting to wash or complete the cycles so I called the [redacted] warranty center who put in a work order with Beg Bend Appliance Service, ph850-222-They came out and "looked" at my washerThe guy flipped it over , flipped a switch and said it was fixedWell, it wasn'tI called them back times left multiple voice mails with no responseI called [redacted] warranty center back TIMES and each time they can not get in contact with the company eitherThey would call, no answerBut BBAS would reply to an email asapSo come to find out, BBAS told the warranty center that they replaced the pump so they closed out the work order! They LIED saying they did something that they didn't!! So now I am giving them more business days (hhgregg protocol) to contact meIf they don't I will take matters in to my own handsPoint of the story is, this company is dishonest and NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!! They suckDon't waste your time or money on themhhgreg includedPlease note that this has been going on for THREE WEEKS NOW!!

Despite our circumstance, we are really happy with the service from big bend appliance service [redacted] was very professional and thorough and called whirlpool himself to see what our next steps should be

I purchased a washer and dryer set from [redacted] in 2014 and purchased the extended warranty for both of them. I love my washer and dryer. However, I recentli had an issue with my washer not wanting to wash or complete the cycles so I called the [redacted] warranty center who put in a work order with Beg Bend Appliance Service, ph. 850-222-7700. They came out and "looked" at my washer. The guy flipped it over , flipped a switch and said it was fixed. Well, it wasn't. I called them back 5 times left multiple voice mails with no response. I called [redacted] warranty center back 3 TIMES and each time they can not get in contact with the company either. They would call, no answer. But BBAS would reply to an email asap. So come to find out, BBAS told the warranty center that they replaced the pump so they closed out the work order! They LIED saying they did something that they didn't!! So now I am giving them 2 more business days (hhgregg protocol) to contact me. If they don't I will take matters in to my own hands. Point of the story is, this company is dishonest and NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!! They suck. Don't waste your time or money on them. hhgreg included. Please note that this has been going on for THREE WEEKS NOW!!

I had to find someone who could be at my house during the hour of 8-4 because no one could give me a closer timeframe of when they could be here. They NEVER showed NEVER called to reschedule and Has NOT returned any calls to date ( a week later) still attempting to get back ahold of warranty center but was on hold for over 30 minutes yesterday and was disconnected. If not resolved soon will take washer back to retailer and get refund. definitely will not refer any work here.
