I recently used Big ***'s Moving And Storage to move to GA, and they far and away exceeded my expectations. They were extremely professional, fast and reasonably priced. They are also easy to book and the guy M who takes the reservations is super nice. I highly recommend them and will always use them for my moving needs.

Olivia provides us with a transparent quote and followed up frequently before and during the move. Michael and his crew moved super quickly and even though my space was a struggle with stairs, they worked faster than I expected! They were also super friendly and really sweet even though it was a long exhausting day. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! If I were able to leave 0 stars or even negative stars - I would. This company routinely practices a bait and switch technique with their price. We were quoted one price, told by the salesman that unlike other companies, once they give you a price that is the price - they don't show up and then try to charge more like other companies do. Nothing could have been farther from the truth!!! When they finally arrived a day and several hours late (we were told between 12:00 and 2:00 & they arrived at 5:00. Immediately they began calculations how much more they would need to charge - extra charges included tape, packaging, additional space in their truck (which already had a lot of stuff in it), etc. The new price was close to double our initial quote. When we chose not to go with them, they informed us we would lose our deposit (I think they thought we would just cave and go with them). We still said "No". The driver told us that this often happens - people get angry and either cancel or just pay more money. The driver sat in the truck for several minutes and then approached us with a lower price. We said "No, thank you." They returned to the truck and then came back with their absolute lowest price (still $1,500 more than the original quote). We said "No, thank you." again. We did not feel comfortable entrusting them with our possessions which would have been taken somewhere and put in storage. Who knows how much would have surely been misplaced and never returned to us. Who knows when they would have ever delivered our stuff to us. I really suggest you look at all of the reviews before going with this company. When dealing with them on the phone, my wife was sexually harassed (called "Honey" and "Sweetie" and had their workers hung up on her 3 times. She was given the runaround every time she called. She was promised that she would get a call back - usually she didn't. She was told that she would not get a refund on her deposit - even though she was not given a contract and had signed nothing. This company is terrible and you should definitely go with another moving company. Wish someone had warned us.

We could not be more disappointed with our experience with Big ***'s Moving and storage. Because of high ratings on moveBuhda website, we went with them. First, the sale was a hard sale, with 2 people taking turn calling us several days to sign contract even though we told them we were taking several bids from other movers and would contact them shortly. The salesmen marked our stuff way less, all the area rugs were marked small even though I corrected them, for example, and I told them to correct some other items but they said it was not a problem. BB's said they estimated about 60 boxes, while another (American Van) said the same description of stuff would be about 90 boxes. I ended up telling them to put down 80 boxes. BB's gave us a high 8000+ estimate but even gave a small "discount" for AARP membership. A day after deposit payment, another person from company emailed me and said they needed photo of my credit card and DL identification. Never had such a request like that in the US in my life. Told him I was not comfortable doing that because it would make company liable if my data were stolen. Told him to FaceTime me if he wished, but then he never did.
Salesman told me we were scheduled for Tues 8 am. Monday I haven't heard from anyone so I called, and was told they were not coming until Thursday. So things wouldn't be so bad if we knew earlier, but we told landlord we would be out by Tuesday night, my husband had car being picked up Wednesday in a different location 5 hours away. We protested, they said someone would show up Wed.
Movers came Wed but with a way too small truck (Ryder rental truck). Even though everyone swore up and down they work for BBs and not contracted, it was obvious they were. The guys demanded more money for the move, we negotiated just to get going, and ended up 3000 more than the quoted. We made the check to someone else not Big Bens. Movers had to load furniture, unload them at warehouse locally, came back for the rest. Meanwhile we had to go on our way, not really sure when the furniture would be loaded to go to final destination.
The furniture arrived one week later, the following Thursday. By this time they essentially have gone through 2 sets of loading/unloading/loading again/unloading at destination (at least, who knows, may be more?). This move had the most damage that we have ever experienced ( Broken TV, broken base to dining table, split wood seam on an arm chair, finials broken off secretary). These movers again were contracted and we had to pay them cash. During the move, I emailed several times to Pauline at Big Bens but she never answered my emails. She would call twice to tell me when the dispatchers were scheduled to come, and the last time I emailed her and Mitch about the damages, I have not heard from anyone from the company.
In retrospect, American Van Lines would have been a better choice. They came out right away and said they would give us our own truck because of our needs and were more realistic about the quote. Without multiple loadings/unloadings, our stuff would have fared better, and we would not have the stress of not knowing what is going on. We paid more to BBs and got unsatisfactory service. BBs is just a broker, so once they get the contract deposit, there was no incentive to serve you anymore.

I was moving apartments and had never had to use a moving company. I'm so glad that I chose Big ***'s Moving And Storage because they made it so quick and easy. On the moving day, Marvin and his crew showed up. They were quick and professional, didn't waste any time. They made my moving experience easier and non-stressful. Recommended!

We had a great experience with Big ***'s Moving And Storage. Prompt, professional, and very careful with our stuff! They are way more affordable than the big moving companies that charge the big bucks. Thanks Big ***'s Moving And Storage.

Everything stayed intact! They did everything so quickly and nothing was broken. The prices were also very reasonable and affordable. If we ever again decide to sign up for the *** that is moving, we will definitely use them again.

This is the only moving company you will need! The two movers, were extremely professional, quick, careful, and pleasant and courteous. We will surely move with them again. I am so happy with them. Recommended.

I took my usual 3-5 quotes and weighed out all the options. I will be honest Big ***'s Moving And Storage did not come at the lowest price but in my opinion, they had the most experience. My relocation specialist explained everything fronts to back. I was very happy and relieved about my move. Thumbs up for the great movers.

I really love my move with Big ***'s Moving And Storage. They worked really hard moving a massive amount of stuff out of my house and into a loft. They had a great attitude, really nice guys to spend a long day with. They were extremely professional, took great care of our furniture and belongings. It was a great pleasure to work with them.

The customer service representative, got one of her crews to do our move. She also gave me a great price. Movers were excellent. I felt so taken care to of. I would love to work with them for my future moves! Definitely recommended!

I walk through my house with Big ***'s Moving And Storage representative and told them every piece that I was moving and got an estimated quote that was reasonable for me. It was a good feeling to know that someone else had my best interest in mind. I've heard many stories about moving companies but Big ***'s Moving And Storage were different from all.

It was a weird situation to say the least. The client booked in, several days later called our customer service attendant and had felt it was not something she wanted to go ahead with. We refunded her that same day and cancelled her move. Unfortunately it was not removed from one of our customer service calendars (we went from 45 moves in April to over 200 moves so our schedule was a bit complex to say the least). The client and I had discussed this over text and I had sent her proof that there was a refund placed for her deposit the same day she canceled. She agreed that the deposit was reclaimed.

Regardless, we hope the potential client had a smooth move during these trying times.

Everything arrived in good shape and the final cost was less than expected! They are very professional, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I can't be happier anymore!
