Dear [redacted]:I have received the complaint that was made by [redacted] with the assigned ID number of [redacted].[redacted] was towed on 10/04/2015 at 1:14am, The reason why her vehicle was towed for for expired tags on the vehicle and the expiration date was 09/07/2015 which I provided a...

copy of the photo on the attachments, The apartment complex that she was parked at the time requires all vehicle to be current on registered vehicles, and at the time her vehicle registration was 27 days expired, and not one time she mention that her plates are on the floor of the vehicle until now. Big Ben's Towing & Recovery has a policy in place for all impounded vehicle when it come to the payment, we only take cash or debit, we don't not take Check, Credit Card, Money Order or any other form of payments for private impounds because of the high risk of stop payments. Big Ben's Towing & Recovery is open 24 hours a day, our office hours are 9am-6pm, I have drivers that always be available to release vehicle 24 hours a day. The part that [redacted] said that the fence slammed into her vehicle is not correct because when she claimed that it happen my driver snap pictures of where she said the wind blow her fence door into her vehicle and there was no damage done to her vehicle and again I attach those photo's also with this email. This isn't the first time [redacted] vehicle was towed from the apartment complex, so she knows the parking rules for the complex, I can understand that she is upset with her vehicle being towed again, but she took the risk when she parked there.

Handwritten response.

Dear: [redacted] Good afternoon, Sorry to hear that [redacted] having problems with her lien company that she had on her 2013 [redacted], The reason why her vehicle was towed for was because the vehicle broke down on her on [redacted] Bridge, Dundalk, MD, her vehicle did become...

a impound until she didn't return to pay the bill, she said she was going to return the next day to pay and never did. My driver had to tow her vehicle from Dundalk to Waldorf, MD 102 miles her and another guy.   After two days I ran a MVA report, and seen there was a lien on the vehicle so I contacted [redacted] and they informed us that they have been looking for that vehicle for a while because it has been up for repossession for the last  six months, so they made arrangement with us about picking it up. We mailed out certified letters to all owners of vehicles, attach is a copies of 4 items(it will only let me attach only 4).1. Her vehicle WAS NOT IMPOUND in front of no house, no don't know where she got that from.2. Her brother in-law DID work for us at the time, I guess she thought the tow call was free when she broke down 102 miles away.3. Her vehicle debts, isn't my company responibilityPlease give me a call or email if you have any other questions or concerns in this matter.Ann P[redacted]
