Review: Shady dealing. Customer service issues and integrity issues after sale. They are selling lemons to people who are nave to shady dealing, and they lie about the issues after the sale. They want to make money by basically preying on the nave. For people who are used to shady dealing, they would know what to look for. For 19 year olds who are looking to purchase their first car to get back and forth to a minimum wage job, they are predatory. After the sale, they were made aware of the fact that the car won't pass emissions, they were made aware of the fact that there was a bent wheel on the back rim, they were asked to fix those issues that were not obvious or disclosed pre-sale...but they scammed and lied and bullied...when they were given the option to trade a comparable priced vehicle for the more flawed one, they were absolutely not interested in customer satisfaction or business and personal integrity. When I told them that I would have to report this type of shady dealing to the Revdex.com they did not care.Desired Settlement: Take the lemon back. Either fix it or trade it in for a used vehicle of comparable value. I am not asking the dealership to take a loss. I'm asking for vehicle in trade for the lemon (the piece of garbage) they sold me. I didn't know enough at the time (because I am not a shady dealer on ANY level) to look out for the absence of integrity...however, since then, I have heard from several of my friends that they have a very bad reputation.

I am disappointed to hear of a unhappy customer. I do not understand the problem with the vehicle.

All customers are able and encouraged to take the vehicle through the test prior to purchase. We do not guarantee that a vehicle will pass the emission test and this is stated clearly on the purchase contract.

The vehicle was purchased AS-IS with no warranty. We have no control over the vehicle after purchase as to how it is cared and maintained. The buyer is encouraged to test drive and have the vehicle checked by their mechanic before purchase.

If I have more details as to problems we will to try and help her to get repaired.

Review: Hello, my name is [redacted] and I'm putting in this complaint against Big Bills because the sales associate [redacted]. On November 19,2014 I made a down payment on a 2003 red Blazer I had to take the 98 red GMC Jimmy truck witch was the wrong vin number for the Red Blazer that [redacted] put on my paper work months prier to that my daughter purchased a truck from [redacted] at Big Bills on the day of her last payment for her truck two guys were at Big Bills to purchase the same truck she had already put a down payment on if she hadn't went to pay her last payment [redacted] would have sold her truck I don't know what can be done about this but something needs to be done Thanks a lot for reading this complaint and hopefully you are able to helpDesired Settlement: Big Bills can fix the gas leak, the back windshield wiper(motor)

Review: Dealer was not honest when as is,condition of vehical form was originally filled out and showed to me the consumer,vehical had serious transmision and on board computor issues before it was sold to me and not disclosed on as is sales form.Desired Settlement: I requested dealer to be honest and do the right thing,I need a runing vehical of equal value,dealer refused to help me at all,and just kept my hard earned money!
