RE: [redacted] Lakeville MN After reviewing the photos sent to us by the customer it was determined that the damage was not caused do to carelessness by our driver, rather it was the indentation left by the weight of the container, the weight of our customers... belongings and the placement of the container per the customer’s specific direction. As is our practice, this container was placed on wood blocks to displace the weight of the container and so the container never even touches the driveway. Indentations can occur due to several factors such as soft asphalt, weight of the customers belongings or poor driveway construction. All of these factors are beyond our control which is why our rental agreement has a provision to address these issues. Per the Rental Agreement Contract “Lessor is not responsible for damages which might occur in placement of the unit against driver recommendations, customer assumes all liability in said instances.” Please also note that had any damage been caused by the carelessness of our driver we would take immediate action to repair or replace the damage. Also note that generally indentations in asphalt go away with time and a few hot days.
