Review: I hired Big Blue Plumbing to do the plumbing for a renovation project at my home. They show up once a week and have dug up my dining area to run a drain pipe but have left it there for 2 months now. To get him to show up is like pulling teeth. But the last straw was that I caught his workers stealing my tools and personal property on camera after he dropped them off. I called him to let him know and he said he wants to speak to me about it. A week has passed and the owner has made no attempt to contact me, etc. I have given them my money and I want my items replaced.Desired Settlement: I want $3,000 back for the amount of money I have paid them already. I want the items stolen back or the cash equivalent from the owner if he cannot get his "workers" to give them back.

Review: [redacted],the [redacted] of Big Blue Plumbing,has failed to honor the contract agreement, customer service agreement (I have called, texted, emails for YEARS now), delivery agreement (non delivery of service), guarantee/warranty issues (failure to honor service under warranty terms), repair issues (EXCESSIVE DELAY in completing repair), service issues (EXCESSIVE DELAY in completing service ) ,improper service (failure to honor agreement). [redacted] has told me time and time again he would show up to fix the problem and doesn't show. We have taken off from work too many times to count to be here only for him not to show. I currently have a JR back up system that is filling with water and bellows don't work,etc. and I'm wondering when my house might flood/reek of sewer at any moment. [redacted] was last here on 9/**/14(correcting an incorrectly installed sump pump by his workers on 9/**/14)(and it took him months and months to even get here for that apptmt) and signed an agreement saying he would be back within a week to fix the JR system. Constant texts,emails,promises to show....nothing. This my second time writing to Revdex.com about this situation.I wrote on 5/*/13 and the issues are the SAME.Desired Settlement: I want everything that [redacted] installed to be functioning properly(with an extended warranty ) and everything that needs to be repaired(with an extended warranty) to be repaired within one week or I expect a full refund of my money in cash plus more monies for pain and suffering(time lost at work,unanswered communications, time calling companies to recheck installation issues,etc),additional damages. It will cost more money to have someone come in and undo [redacted]'s work and do it over correctly.(
