Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
Regards,
*** ***
I don't care what they say...Companies lie all of the time Whos's to say this invoice they provided is accurate
I and *** @ USA Insurance company BOTH had the same exact figuredays @ $per day HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE unless he told us both that at different times
Any business owner that hangs up on a customer...to me is WRONG from the start I deal with customer differences all of the time as a sales rep but I never hang up on a person
I will pursue this as far as I can
They (BBT) are not going to charge me or my daughter more because they think they can
As far as Joe Hudson paying the invoice...They only paid what they were told to pay
I cant believe guy ***, just will not admit he made a mistake and APOLOGIZE !!!!!
I will not let this go until he does

RE: Revdex.com Case [redacted]
Dear Ms[redacted]:
There are several relevant factors in this case, factors which will list below
— No money has ever been billed or exchanged between Big Blue Towing, Inc(hereinafter referred to as BBT) and the complainantFrom what the complainant typed on the included BBT Facebook page posts, the legal transaction - the one in which money was exchanged between two parties -took place between the USA insurance company and Joe Hudson Collision
--BBT opened its Auburn storage lot located at Opelika Road - Auburn, AL on June 1, The storage rate at our Auburn storage lot has always been $30.00/day, a rate which is in full compliance with the City of Auburn's towing ordinances
There was a time, more than three years ago, when BBT charged $25/day for storage but not at our Auburn storage iotThat rate was for our impound lot located in Opelika
Cars that break down, are involved in wrecks, or are towed to our storage facility are towed to the lot in the city where the tow occurredThe car in question was towed to the Auburn storage lot
—Joe Hudson Collision asked BBT to tow a car for them - a car which BBT later learned belonged to the complainant's daughterBBT issued an invoice for this tow to Joe Hudson Collision and Joe Hudson Collision paid that bill, no questions asked, because the $30/day rate is the only rate they have ever been charged
4— USA insurance has apparently paid Joe Hudson Collision in full, no questions asked
As I explained to the complainant after he contacted the company via its Facebook page, the owner to whom he refers also tows cars for BBTSo when that owner answers the phone, he may be in the middle of an accident scene, or working in the median along Interstate — or in any number of dangerous situationsI work for BBT and the owners have had to hang up on me many times over the yearsIt is just a theory but my guess is that the complainant was very insistent when he talked to the BBT owner in question and he realized that the complainant was not going to be satisfied no matter what he said so the BBT owner finally gave up and hung up
The complainant is not going to be satisfied with anything less than receiving a $5/day refund of $plus a refund of an additional $for one additional day's storageAs I tried to explain to him:
- It would not be fair to our other customers to charge our customer, Joe Hudson, a lesser rate than that charged to the company's other customers
- Any refund would need to originate from one of the two parties to the actual legal transaction
I am attaching copies of four pages of dialog from BBT's Facebook pageBecause the complainant continued to post comments stating "I will not go away...", I found it necessary to block him from the BET Facebook page - which was a first for our companyI believe the comments and reviews shown on our Facebook page are an accurate reflection of this company's reputation
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Big Blue Towing, Inc

This is Big Blue Towing's final communication with Mr. [redacted] regarding this matter - a matter which involves Mr. [redacted] daughter (whose name and contact information remain unstated) and Mr. [redacted]' daughter's insurance company, USA Insurance (whose agent name and contact information remain unstated). Neither his daughter nor USA Insurance have had any communication with Big Blue Towing, Inc. regarding this matter.

Mr. [redacted] persists in his claim that he was quoted a different daily storage rate than that charged on any other Joe Hudson Collision invoice from BBT. Big Blue Towing's continues to assert that if the storage rate charged to Joe Hudson Collision had been different from the norm, JHC would have questioned it prior to paying their invoice from BBT. Attached is a spreadsheet offered as legal documentation detailing every invoice from Big Blue to Joe Hudson Collision in which storage was charged. Every single invoice shows BBT's standard $30 per day rate.

Big Blue Towing, Inc. has continued to inform Mr. [redacted] of what BBT understands is the correct procedure to follow regarding his claim. Since there is not a legal business transaction between Big Blue Towing, Inc. and Mr. [redacted], the steps BBT recommends to him are:

Mr. [redacted]' daughter has a legal business transaction with USA Insurance. Mr. [redacted] daughter should contact her USA Insurance representative to inform that company of her father's communications on her behalf so USA can decide whether there are grounds to pursue Mr. [redacted]' requested refund.

USA Insurance has a legal business transaction with Joe Hudson Collision. If USA Insurance agrees to pursue the matter, USA should then contact Joe Hudson Collision.

Joe Hudson Collision is the only party in this case who has a legal business transaction with Big Blue Towing, Inc. If Joe Hudson agrees to pursue the matter, Joe Hudson will need to contact Big Blue Towing. BBT believes that since Joe Hudson was charged Big Blue Towing's standard storage rate, this will not happen.

Big Blue Towing has made every effort to answer Mr. [redacted]' complaints (both on Facebook and to the Revdex.com) in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Big Blue Towing has no intention of refunding any amount of money to Mr. [redacted] because Big Blue Towing believes his complaint is unfounded. Big Blue Towing bases this decision on three factors:

1 - BBT asserts that it would be unfair to all of the company's other customers to charge Mr. [redacted]' daughter's insurance company's customer, Joe Hudson Collision, a lesser rate for daily storage than that charged to all Big Blue Towing's other customers.

2 - BBT asserts that its storage rates are fair and are in line with the typical storage rate charged in the Auburn-Opelika area. BBT is required to submit a rate sheet to both the Auburn Police Department and the Opelika Police Department each year detailing the rate the company charges for daily storage. BBT's $30 per day standard rate is in compliance with regulations set by both the City of Auburn and the City of Opelika.

3 - BBT asserts that Mr. [redacted] is persisting to make complaints regarding a matter in which he has no legal involvement.

Thank you for the opportunity to further clarify this matter.
