BIG BOSS TOWINGANDRECOVERYEFulton StreetColumbus Ohio, 43227Office: 614-867- Fax: 614-867- Cell: 614-323-To The Revdex.com, This message concerns Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] submitted to Revdex.com by [redacted] We, Big Boss Towing and Recovery, had Ms [redacted] 's vehicle for several monthsbecause there was a problem with the WarrantyWe were not going to do the work unlessthe Warranty Company agreed to pay for the damage to her vehicleWhen one of the twocompanies that they applied for warranties finally began negotiating what they werewilling to pay for, they only agreed to pay for $of work which was left then a thirdof what was needed to complete the work that really needed done her vehicle After wefixed the vehicle, and contacted Ms [redacted] , she sent a Man to come check this vehicleoutHe was suppose to test drive the vehicle and bring it backHe even left part of hisspeakers saying that he would be right backI informed him that he needed to pay thedeductible of $and he said "No Problem" that he was going to pick up Ms[redacted] He never returned and I didn't hear from anyone for several weeksFor therecord, the deductible still has not been paidWe have only been able to collect ourmoney from the warranty company.When Ms [redacted] and her male counterpart came to my office requesting for hercar to be fixedI agreed to allow my mechanic look at the vehicleMy Mechanic and Ms[redacted] 's gentleman friend had a difference of opinion, I layed out what I was willing tolook at and fixThey took the car that day and dropped it off a week or so laterIn themean time I fired one mechanic and hired another oneWhen they came in the next time,they asked me low long would it take to fix their carI told them that the new mechaniccould start on it in a few days when he was finished with another vehicle he was doing.Then we would send it to the machine shop and then the new mechanic would need timeto put it all back togetherI told them it would take about two weeksMs [redacted] askedher gentleman friend if he wanted to wait and he said "No"She turned and said that they would like to take their carI gave them the keys and they left Ultimately, Ms [redacted] and her gentleman friend made a decision to take their car and refused to wait and get service.never refused to honor our workThey took the car and refuse to waitThat is on them, not usThank youKeith DG [redacted] , Owner and Operator of Big BOSS Towing and Recovery
