The reason is because we do not have the tools to open the watches to that extend and to clean the glass from the inside. We did also mention that if you would to take it somewhere to get that done, that they could damage the watch and make the date dial not work anymore. Review: On August 4, 2015, I purchased a [redacted] watch from Big Box Outlet [redacted]. The watch stopped working on the same day. I returned the watch on August 5, 2015. I spoke with an employee who stated her name was [redacted], she took the watch to the back of the store, she returned later and stated that the battery was replaced and that was the problem and why the watch stopped working. On August 13th, the watch stopped working again. I returned the watch to store and asked for a refund. The store Manager was contacted who stated his name was Joe. Joe become very Unprofessional, confrontational and threating stating he would only issue a store credit. The store policy states a refund would be given within 30 days if product cannot be repaired, which is the case in this matter. I returned the watch on August 5th, 2015, well within the 7day or 30 day return policy for customer to be issued a refund. I visited this store on many occasions since it open. I found that minority customers are treated in an unfair and unprofessional manner which is in violation California State Consumer Right Laws. I also believe that Big Box Outlet is selling defective products to its customer, which the practice should be stop.Desired Settlement: I want full refund $28.20 from Big Box Outlet.
