our return policy that is on the back of each invoice.After they got the product home, I was notified of a broken arm arm on the love seat as well as animperfection in the fabric on the back side of the sofa. I explained to them I would be able to replacethe love seat since the broken arm was a structural issue, not cosmetic, but would not be able to helpthem with the sofa.We then transferred a new (non floor model) love seat from another store and delivered it directly to thecustomers house and took away the damaged piece. We also gave the customer a $50 gift card for theirtrouble which they promptly used that same day to purchase a new rug.We did everything within reason to leave the customer satisfied.
