My experience with Big Box Superstore was a nightmareI ordered a 60" Sharp TV on July 7,The next day I get an email saying there is a problem because I have a PO Box for billing and a physical address for delivery??? They tell me I have to call my credit card company and give them my address as an alternate shipping addressI said they don't ship me anything they send a bill to my PO Box, but even though I have never had to do this before I did it to get this movingThe next day 7/9/I get an email saying payment was successful and then another one saying my TV has shippedThe next day I track the number they gave me and it just says "Shipping information sent to FedEx"I track it the next day and it says the same thing, so I called FedEx and they tell me that they got shipping information but nobody scheduled a pick upNow I call Big Box Superstore and they tell me FedEx has lost the package, and they kept telling me that for daysI believe they sold something they did not have in stock as FedEx told me again that the package was never picked up or it would be in their systemThis went on for days and finally on July the package was picked up, so much for 3-business day deliveryAccording to their "White Glove" delivery "they will deliver the TV through the first door of your home"Well when the TV finally got here "they" was an overweight woman by herself, she didn't even know it was a TV and it was sitting at a degree angle against the side of the vanSo I get the TV inside and I'm wondering where is the free wall mount and HDMI cableWell when I opened up the box I could tell this TV had been re-packed, the HDMI cable and wall mount were inside with the TVAs soon as I plugged the TV in, it turned on to the menu page with brightness and contrast turned all the way up, the TV is flickering badly and screen is terribly distortedBottom line was I finally got an open box, broken TV, that came with no assembly instructions, no manual, no warranty informationI could not believe that they would open a factory sealed box to put their promotional items in with the TVThey say the wall mount, HDMI cable and warranty is a $value??? The wall mount is a Barkan Ewhich Amazon has for $with free shipping and a $HDMI cable, so a year extended warranty is $-I don't think so!!!
Save yourself a lot of hassle and buy somewhere else!!!

On Dec 1st on the internet I found a list of stores selling the Samsung UN55HU8550, which is a 55" 4k ultra high def tvBig Box Superstore came up as one of the stores selling it for $Best Buy and Sears were selling it for $
No where on the link for this tv does it state that it's not a Samsung original panel, or that it doesn't come with the mfr warranty etcIt advertised it as a new Samsung UN55HU
I ordered it, but because I didn't type in my email address correctly, it caused me to contact their customer service the next day and only then was I informed by heir agent that it was not an original Samsung panel!! He said this is what they sell to bars and airports!
Question: Why weren't warnings or disclosures like this put on the link advertising this product??
The agent then directed me to go on their website, and bring up another link which showed the same tv, but with the words original samsung tv panel on itAnd advertised for sale at $1999-- which because I was dissatisfied they would sell me for $1599!!
He said because this was a warehouse I should "know" this
Why are companies like this allowed to sell to private customers without any disclosures plainly obvious on what they advertise for sale?
Thankfully I was allowed to cancel my order

I shopped online for a 65'" 4K TV UHDF right before Christmas and came across BigBox superstores..I contacted them by phone and told them what I was looking for...they were very courteous and help me in every possible way they possibly could..My order was shipped the following week beings I had ordered the Tv on a Thursday and the TV was coming from another warehouse to their store the following day...I called later to inquire about the warranty and extended warranty also and was politely fulfilled with the right answers to all my questions...The TV arrived with no problems (white glove delivery) and was in GREAT shape and well packaged...only thing missing was the Wall mount and HDMI cable they had offered at no charge..I called them about it and it was shipped accordingly the next day to me with no problems....I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with these people and would recommend Bigbox Superstores without a doubtyou cant beat the price or the service!

Purchased a 8000 series samsung TV from here. Unbeatable pricing. Even after shipping insurance and warantee upgrade it was still several hundreds under retail prices.
