Review: Big Boy Buyers advertises itself online as Sell Arena, a company that buys and sells electronics. I have come to find out it is a [redacted] shop in [redacted]. Nevertheless, on Jan. ** ,2014, I shipped to them an Ipod Touch with an agreed purchase price of $78. I contacted Sell Arena, aka Big Boy Buyers on or about Jan. **, 2014 to see if they had a chance to look at the Ipod, they claim they never received the package, I checked the USPS tracking info. It was delivered on Sat. Jan. **, 2014. It is now April **, 2014, I have not received payment or an explanation of where my package is. I've been calling the company at least twice a week since Jan. I've been told that they would check with other employees, I asked for someone to review surveillance video, I was told that the 'technical dept.' would do so and I would receive a call back. I was even told at the beginning of February, that [redacted]. had agreed to send me payment, after 2 weeks went by without said payment being received, I called them again, and was told [redacted] changed his mind about paying. Now 3 months later they're saying it may have been delivered next door, so it's the postal service's error. I contacted the [redacted] Post Office and was told that the carrier delivers to the company everyday, and my package was not misdelivered.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive payment of $78 from Sell Arena, aka Big Boy Buyers via check. Thank you.
