problems with the trailer while on our lot when moving it around to get other stock items out. On the day it was picked up we pulled it out of where it was parked and took it over to wash it. The tires were washed at that time and if they had been "rubbing" there is no doubt it would have been seen. We have no idea if the trailer was damaged by a hole in the road or any other road . Our roads around here leave a lot to be desired! We only know that it left here with the tires (all 4 tires) turning and not smoking. We did go to assist Ms. [redacted] when she called about a problem that same day. Although, we had no way to know if the trailer had been off the side of the road or in a pothole we took it back over to the lot. The next morning at 7 a.m. we had a professional welder repair the damage.If the trailer was on a very winding road as stated, it is quite possible the tire dropped off the side and caused the damage. We offer no warranty on any used product, unless part of the factory warranty is left and even then it has nothing to do with our company, it would be the manufacturer's responsibility. New trailers are sold with a factory warranty, but again it has nothing to do with our business and is through the manufacturer.We regret Ms. [redacted] is unhappy but we sold the trailer in working order, used as is, and to contact us months later and ask for a repair of the trailer, is simply not fair to us as a business.Thank You,R.
