this is Dale L [redacted] owner of Big Boy Auto Repair in regard to the complaint id; [redacted] we replaced two wheel bearings on vehical when customer came in we told him we would look at vehical on saturday we would replaced the bad bearing the the part was under warrenty the labor is days they showed back up days after the work was doneso the custumer would have to pay labor they chose to go else where to it have done but should have brought back to us.any questions please call dale at ###-###-#### thank you

This is a response back for complaint [redacted] there is nothing in writing that says on the paper work days warranty on bill you all have it and he said what was bad was the ty rod ends that's what he was going to fix on Saturday but my car was so bad I had to do something could not drive the car you can't dispute that I was there twice and dale claim the wrong thing was the problem with my car he should have fixed my car when brought I it back to him and we may not be here now that's because he was trying to get more money out off me and did not want to honor his work and he just got caught on this one where on bills that it says thirty days [redacted] sr he did not say bearings when I was there good thing I got a second option and it proves that what the problem was shady work he put me off two days I went another shop and told them what he had told me and they said nothing was wrong wit your ty rod ends they replaced the faulty bearing and had to get new rotor he may not have put bearing in right and my car is fine now
