This is rating is geared toward the big boy toys at 6210 oxon hill rd, oxon hill, md. (301)-686-9070. Two associates: "Q" and "M*" and I want their managers informed of this incident. Went to Big Boys Toys to get my new car windows tinted and had several issues. Being a young lady, these guys who are foreigners made it a difficult experience for me! Just got my car washed earlier that day in which is a regular routine of mine. I dropped my car of at Big Boy Toys for a tint job in which took more than 3 hours to complete. A guy named D[redacted] tinted my windows which wasn't bad but not all that great either however his conduct was fishy. I returned to pick up my vehicle and noticed there was some sort of rub/small ding on my rear bumper! It was somewhat noticeable because I had just got the car washed earlier that day and the rub/ding was of red paint. P[redacted] off, I ask the associate, where the guy D[redacted] was and he says he left for the day. Uncertain as to why someone would leave a product with waiting around to see if the customer was satisfied with it baffles me!! This associate with curly hair responds to me very rudely saying that you probably did that and that does not happen here. The associate and I go in and I'm hesitant to pay because I want to see the garage my vehicle was tinted in. The associate doesn’t walk with me out there and I actually end up turning around and just going back in. Speaking with the associate again about the ding he states “we service way better cars than that so that is nothing” “we are a profession business and would not do that”. Livid with his response I continue to say my car was not left here like that and what do you mean my car is nothing? Going back and forth, I finally calmed down and talked to someone who named “M** who claimed to be the manager. He barely apologized and pretty much tried to clear up with the associate said because he was also present. I let my husband know about the situation when he came in from work and he went up there and lit into this guy Overall, I was just looking for a better response to the rub/ding incident. All I know is the car was in their possession and did not have that mark when I dropped it off Point Blank! These guys obviously don’t have respect for women because my husband received a totally different response and was taken to the garage where the window tinting is done. Sorry for being so long-winded but please this guy " Q " was very unprofessional and talked down to me. I will never go there again.
