I went to their website to check for the availability of parts, for a quadcopter that my wife had bought me as a giftI could not find the parts on the site, where they should have been locatedSo I called the store, and was told that the lack of parts listing was indeed an oversight, and would be corrected the next morningLater that evening, I ordered a different item (not the actual parts I was looking for)I paid through ***, but, never received any confirmation from the store that the order had been accepted or even took placeWhen I called several days later, I was told , again that the website would be fixed to correct this lack of confirmation, and that the order was to ship the next day, and at that point, I would receive an email confirmationThree days later, and nothingI went to the website, and still the parts listing is not there, and I cannot get a straight answer as to the status of my paid orderI am filing a complaint with ***, in order to get my money back
