I received an order from this distributor.found that there was a defect in one of the items.I contacted the distributor to explain the issue...His reponse was to send it to the address listed with a brief description of the defect.I packaged it back up and sent it back through the us postal service.The tracking number I received from the USPS states that the item reached the address but no one has signed or received.I called the phone number posted on the website and a gentleman answerewd.I asked him the status on him receiving the item.He asked where did I send it?I told him the address given by him on our first conversation over the phone...When he act as though he was trying to figure out what was going on,the phone disconnected...I immediately sent an email with the order number and requested that since I've only received half the order,to go ahead and credit my account for the cost,tax and shipping....I called today and there is no answer...
