This is a response in regards to the complaint from Samantha Mcvee (#11813244).Upon receiving this complaint I reached out to Samantha and did a little researchIt appears and she should agree that she have refunded her for the mistakes that were made on her invoice as well as she was given a free alignment for the extra wait and miscommunicationAt this point we have also ordered replacement Side Steps that were damaged by one of our techniciansThe plan is to pick up the vehicle, replace the steps, and then deliver the vehicle back to Samantha in order to not cause a further inconvenienceFurthermore, I plan to refund her an additional $for her timePlease let me know if there is anything else you need from me at this timeThank you, [redacted] S
