WELL THE RECORDS YOU HAVE MUST HAVE BEEN ALTERED WITH PRIOR TO GETTING THEM BECAUSE I DO HAVE WITNESSES WHO HEARD AND AGREE TO THE TRUCK TO GET THE TIRES BALANCED AND HAVEING THE TRUCK ALIGNED AFTED , AS I DID GO IN FOR A FLAT TIRE REPAIR AND PRIOR TO M,E GETTING THERE THE TRUCK DROVE FINE AS I DID DRIVE IT FROM TEMPELTON TO YOUR SHOP , NOW FIRST THE PRICE THAT WE AGREEDED UPON WAS OTD PRICE AND YES IT WAS TOYO WE AGREED UPON NOT THE OTHER BRAND U STATED SECOND NOT ONCE NOT TWICE NOT EVEN TIME DID YOUR TECHS KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY TRUCK NOW THAT THERE TOLD ME TO GET MY TRUCK OUT OFTHE SHOP BEFORE THEY RUIN IT ,WOULDNT YOU FEEL THE SAME ?? After B*** ***r filed his complain he also called our location and over the phone we came to an agreement on the final price of $His tires had been special ordered and arrived on 6/23/that same day a friend of his came in to pick up his set of wheels and new tires for the final

In doing research we found an invoice that was processed on 2/22/18 for a R[redacted] at our Atascadero location. The service provided on this invoice was an installation of 4 tires (Toyo 33-12.50R20) for total amount of $1228.45, the tires were sold to the customer practically at cost and as a...

courtesy there was no charge to install the tires ($95 discount). There is a also a $50.00 customer satisfaction discount on the invoice for the delay in getting the special ordered tires delivered to our location. I do not see any service related to an Alignment and/or suspension. The dollar amounts stated on this claim (purchase price/disputed amount) do not match the invoice and/or any service provided. It is possible that the vehicle may be in need of suspension work and an alignment, which would be additional services. We recommend that the vehicle is brought back in for a free inspection of the front end suspension and a free alignment check so we can determine what needs to be done. Feel free to contact me at any time, V[redacted] District Manager ###-###-####[redacted]@bigbrandtire.com
