I've had Carter install carpet when I first move in my home in 2000, they've since been back to install hard wood flooring in and they've installed carpet in my daughters new home throughout I have them coming back this year 8/for more carpet because they are honest trustworthy and have excellent installers Very happy with their service!

Review: Had several Tires go bad after purchasing the extended warranty. Went in on Saturday 20jun2015, salesman looked at the tires, filled out a warranty form and assured me the entire set was covered and would be replaced. Entered in a verbal and written contract (they provided paperwork stating my account was to be credited in full for the purchase price of the tires). Tires were to be provided today by 2pm. I called to inquire and they informed me they would no longer cover the tires and that no tires had been ordered to replace them. After much arguing, they agreed to only discount the new tires for a total of approximately 860 dollars now owed.I have the contract in writing which I signed stating that the final bill would be 170.68. They refuse to honor their statement and their warranty and are essentially holding the rims and tires, preventing me from being able to use my vehicle and I feel coerced to pay the new charge since I have no way to drive my vehicle without rims and tires.Desired Settlement: I want them to uphold their agreed upon and stated contract. I have no issues paying the service charge of 170 dollars, but asking me to pay for a discounted set of tires after promising a new set for a small service charge under covered warranty is ridiculous.

Review: I gave Big Brand a call on a Friday to get my two front tires changed before my young family's first road trip to see grandparents in Las Vegas. I had previously replaced the rear's with VP1's a few weeks earlier. A very polite man answered the phone and got me set up with VP1's for the front. He told me he had good news -- two tires left, one being at one center, the other at the next, and right in my budget. We set up an appointment for first thing in the morning Tuesday. I showed up Tuesday at Big Brand and checked in with the manager, and within a couple minutes I could tell something was wrong with my appointment. Only 1 tire was ordered and in stock. I waited while the manager tried to fix the mess with the ordering center and get some things clarified. Now I'm late for work with no hope for new tires today. I packed up and headed to work. I received a call while I was at work and I was told that the tires they ordered me couldn't be found anywhere in the country but they could offer me two different ones, but were more expensive. I wasn't open to the idea of running two different sets on the car, so they ran me a "deal" with four tires, but still putting me very over budget. I showed up Thursday morning for my appointment, only to experience the same frustration. I was stood up with no tires ordered (apparently forgotten about) and late for work. Road trip cancelation was imminent. I once again packed up and headed to work. Shortly after arriving I received an apologetic phone call, saying they were expediting tires today and could fit me in at 5 PM, a few hours after I was scheduled to be on the road. The manager greeted me right away when I arrived and got the car into the bay. I overheard him speaking with one of the tech's, explaining that four new tires were being installed and to take the rears off (which I had purchased and driven on weeks before) and put them back in stock! Really!? Big Brand left me strung out, over budget and will be making money off my pre-bought tires!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full from Big Brand Tire totaling my purchase of 6 tires including installment fees.
