Ordered 28 filters from them for a customer and specifically mentioned it was time sensitive. After not hearing from them for several days, I asked for an update and they did not have the filters but were trying to drop-ship some. Several days went by again with no shipment information so I asked again for an update and was told they were moving locations, did not have enough stock and could not drop ship but they would ship me what they could. A few more days passed I received a shipment notification for all of the filters so I updated my customer with the good news that all were in route to us. However, upon arrival we only received 3 pieces. I asked about the issue and was told they would not be able to deliver them and they refunded and cancelled the rest of the order. Our customer is now upset and threatening to cancel their order with us and we can't deliver different looking filters so now we have to take a loss on these three filters and purchase the entire quantity elsewhere. Would definitely not use this company again and would not recommend to anyone unless you have an infinite amount of time to wait on your order.
