Big Brando's Tree Care

I hired him last Monday to take a medium sized tree down in my back yard. He showed up hours late the first day then took the entire day to take down only a few branches while dropping one on my fence and busting it. He said he would repair the fence...Next day he didn't show up, he also failed to show up the following morning and kept saying he was on his way starting early all the way until he finally showed up around 5pm. He then took two hours looking at the tree before taking another hour to cut a notch and tried using wedges and a hammer to bring it down and I kept telling him not only would that not bring it down but it was also going to fall on my other trees or into my pond at that angle and he kept telling me it wouldn't. After and hour of struggling with wedges and ropes he cut it with the saw and made it fall into my locust tree while it was still balanced on the stump head high (yes he cut it off head high). He then had to borrow a maul to nock it off the stump and it fell further into my other tree breaking limbs and creating a widow maker. By this point it was very dark and I couldn't have him using a chainsaw at night in my yard on a tree that was very dangerously balanced. He said he would leave his equipment in my garage and then be back early this morning. I told him that it was extremely important that he get the tree down this morning as it was very dangerous to leave it how it was and he said he would be here at 8 am. By 10 he was not here...at 11:30 he replied saying he fell asleep in his truck and would be here by 1:30-2pm at the latest...at 1:50 he messaged saying he hired help for the tree and was picking up his help and would be here by 3:30 at the latest...he never showed up...also the wind picked up a little just after noon and the limb tied off snapped and the tree dropped and landed on my cedar tree smashing off half it's branches. He also let me know halfway through the first day that his puppy was in his truck with PARVO. He left all of his tools in my garage.
