o begin with, the movers drug my furniture across the hardwood floors in my rented apartment leaving deep gouges in several placesThen the movers proceeded to place my furniture in the truck and slide it all the way inBy the time my furniture made it my apartment, it was completely scratched upWhen I called the moving company and reported the issues, they assured me that everything would be taken care of ASAPI will give them credit in that the owners came right out the same night to look at my furniture and the issues on the floorUnfortunately, that has been the best thing they've doneI have had to pester the business continuously to see what they are going to fix both of these problemsEvery time I have called, I have been told that their day was "hectic" but they're working on a solutionA week later and I still have absolutely no solution in sight.This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessionalI will not be using this company again, nor will I ever recommend themMy advice - use someone else!

After telling them on the phone how much stuff we had to move, they showed up in a truck unable to carry the entire loadThey then suggest we need "two trips" - of course doubling the amount of time and money we had prepared to spendWhen I told them that was unacceptable, they said they would switch out the truck with a larger vehicle that was not in use......and then simply NEVER CAME BACKWhen I reached out to Mike the supervisor, he told me that his drivers were not coming back because I cancelled the moveTHIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND THEY LEFT US STRANDEDMike then cowardly avoided all future calls as he was unable to deal with the situationThis is by far the most unethical and unprofessional business I've ever dealt withFirst, they are either too incompetent to realize how large a truck is necessary for a job or they are running a scheme to double the time charged to a customerSecondly - after falsifying the dialogue I had with the driver and stranding us without recourse, I question if they should even be able licensed to operate this business

An hour later - still waiting My husband called the driver No answer Called the company The field supervisor told us that we had cancelled and the driver went on to another job No attempt to rectify the situation Just completely bailed After panicking and cursing ourselves for trusting them, we made a few phone calls Luckily, we were able to book a different company that same day Not sure what we would have done otherwiseDO NOT TRUST BIG BROTHER LITTLE BROTHER MOVING! Review: I booked these movers for a move for Aug 29, 2014. They told me the time they would show up would be between 2 pm and 4 pm. They called at 1pm and asked if they could come and start. I said sure thing. Then at 2pm they called and said they would be there closer to the 4pm time. I said fine. During this time I was moving things myself in a car that I had rented. I also had put alot of thing outside to help. At 4pm I called to see when they would be there and was told they were on the way. When I called again at 4:30 they said 6pm. They finally arrived at 10:05pm. I made numerous calls between 6pm and 10pm and was given a different story everytime. Once they arrived the took 3 1/2 hours to do the job with two men. I was told that because of the delay there would be three men to expedite getting the job done. When they finally arrived at the new address they wanted to discuss money. I was told I was being charged for 3 1/2 hours. I said I would not pay for that. I told the mover to tell his manager that I wouldn't pay that and I was filling a complaint. I paid for 2 1/2 hours plus $25 for gas. When I called Tuesday 9/2/2014 the manager was rude and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should be refunded at least half of the money that I paid. The total amount I paid was 262.50. It was paid $25 in cash for the gas and $237.50 on my debit card.
