We provided a service that charged by the hour and did a great job for her. Now that it has come down...
to it now she wants it free. I did apologize already but I will not be giving her any money back.
I have the texts as well and anyone can make texts up with no problem but that's ok. We performed a service by the hour and gave you a huge discount off the top. Anymore of a discount and my company won't be in business. You also had way more goods to move than originally stated. We are movers not super humans.
