Big Buck Sport Shop

I prepaid for items (night sites) that the store did not have in stock and also prepaid to have the items to be mounted onto the firearms once the store received the items that they ordered I was told that it would not take long for the items to be received once I ordered I placed the order with John from Big Buck Sport Shop on 03/22/for $ I have stopped into the store on different occasions to check on the order status and have been told on two occasions that they were not aware of any purchase and that I would need to speak with John I did see John on one occasion and he told me that he would call me once the items arrived Since then, I have called the store and left four voicemails asking for a status update and I have not received any return calls I have also left two voicemails asking for someone to contact me in regards to refunding my money Again, no return call I left yet another voicemail this morning, which makes my 10th attempt to get my purchased

I have stopped into the store on 3 different occasions to check on the order status and have been told on two occasions that they were not aware of any purchase and that I would need to speak with John. Please note that it is possible to order these items and receive them within 3 days.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like refunded for $310.80 or the two trijicon sites that I purchased, including the mounting fee that was prepaid. This transaction occluded on March 22nd, 2016
