Took my car to the big bucket TOUCHLESS car wash today. After my car dried off I noticed that ALL along from the front of drivers side to the back there were missing paint chips.
I returned to the car wash to talk to someone that worked there and the worker had the audacity to say “It’s your fault not mine. It happens in car washes, smirked at me and walked away.
I am beyond livid and upset... I took my car to a car wash to have it cleaned and nice not to mentioned paid their $15 and even went through the touchless one... to have my car come out looking like a Dalmatian... it looks like a polka dot car now and it’s only 1 year old. Then the customer service I received was horrid.. no apology, no refund, no nothing.
I recommend you go here if you’d like to have to repaint your vehicle and be treated like you did something wrong by spending your own money to have your new car ruined by going to their car wash.
To the gentleman that I spoke to.. you should not be in any sort of customer service.
I went to this car wash today, August 8, 2019. I pulled into a stall to wash my car, and the manager came over and asked that I move my car into a different stall as he wanted to clean the one I drove into. I pulled into a new stall, got out of my vehicle and the manager walked over to me again and said I ran over his broom and dust pan, which I did not feel anything under my tires when I backed up. He said he wanted money to replace it. He first told me the broom was worth $40 and he wanted that amount. I told him no, that is too much money. Than he ask me for half of that - $20. I told him it is a business and a consumer shouldn't have to give him cash to replace business items. I then googled the price of a broom, found one for $20. He than told me he required I paid $11 for the broom as well as $7 for my car,wash before I could leave. I had no choice but to give him $18 dollars.

We introduced her to wash in Bay #2, because bay #8, where she went to, had to be cleaned from muddy floor. But she went to not bay #2 but Bay #1 and made damages on our equipment on the way of moving. We told her what she did at that time. We paid $33.00 to purchase same equipment from ***. as well as spent a hour for driving.
"Customer Satisfaction First" on our business motto. So we can refund $11.00 at any time.
