I purchased a "brand new" Mazda on May 27, After completing the sales paperwork and I was giving my down payment check to the cahier, the salesman walked up to me and told me he forgot a document that I needed to signHe said it was a damage disclosure from hail damageDue to my being in the middle of dealing with money etc...., I didn't think much of itHad he presented it to me during negotiations etc...., I probably would have walked away from the deal as I didn't want to pay a new car price for a damaged vehicle
It was a very backhanded, unethical way to handle the situation
Fast forward to August and I was looking at a new vehicleWhen a dealer ran the *** report, it showed there was reported damage to the carI told the dealer it was never damagedHe said the date is before I purchased the vehicle (4/9/17)Turns out the trade in value was approximately *** less than if the vehicle were in excellent condition

I bought a car from Cavaler Mazda in Jan of this year , The day I went to sign the contract for the car the gemtleman that does the signing of contracts was not there so *** *** di the contract for us, ha also sold us the Gold Plus warranty for the car, Well about days later we were asked to come back and resign the paperwork as the financing had changed , after some back and fourth the wife and I went in to sign the paperwork with a different gentleman this time, as he was going over the paperwork ha said we were only getting the gold service plan on the car, I said no *** said its the gold plus, and he said no, so after signing the paperwork I went to *** and he said he would get it corrected in the system and mail me a copy of the correct contract.Also when I brought the car in to have the paint protection put on I was having an issue with the sun roof and I was gonna be charged a deductible , I went to *** and he told the lady i
