Review: My husband bought a clock radio for me that did not fit on my night stand. I returned it within the 30 day requirement. I have only been able to get a recorded message when phoning the company and have not been able to speak with anyone.Desired Settlement: Just a refund since I already returned the clock radio.

This customer did not contact us via email or [redacted] message. Those are our two preferred methods of contact, and this information is stated on our voicemail, on the customer's receipt and in the [redacted] listing from which the item was purchased.

We require return authorizations for every return, which this did not have. I emailed the customer two times, once via Gmail and once through [redacted], on July [redacted] letting them know I had a returned item from them. I did not hear back. Today customer informed me they no longer use that account anymore, but this was the information provided to us at the time of their purchase.

I am only being informed of this return via this Revdex.com complaint. I called the customer and agreed to refund. I have attached the proof of PayPal refund.

For the record, we have no problem with returns, even outside of our clearly stated returns period, 30 days. We just ask that customer read and understand our TOS, and give us a fair chance to respond. We are open du ring normal business hours only, and return all emails within 24 hours or less.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I did speak with the electronic company and they did say

they would refund our money. I told them I would contact you and confirm

the refund once we saw it. I never received e-mail from them.

I never cancelled any e-mail account. I am very pleased to receive a

refund and my husband is the one who uses PayPal and I will tell about

the company's response, let him read it and search to see if there is a

refund.

Review: I purchased a"Brand New Braven BRV-X Portable Ultra Rugged Bluetooth and NFC Speaker System" on May [redacted], 2015 from BigBuyCity's [redacted] account. I was disappointed with the sound so on Thursday, June [redacted] I called them to request an RMA number. Their female representative confirmed that yes, I was still within the 30 day return policy (if I still had the packaging, which I said I did). She also confirmed my email address and said I should receive an email with an RMA number within a few hours. I never received an email, so I sent them a follow up email. I called the same number (###-###-####) I called on Thursday, but no response so I left a message. I've been trying to call for 4 business days now and haven't gotten any response or returned calls. I have a feeling they've been ignoring me so they don't have to honor their promised return policy.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $179.95
