I am rejecting this response because:The excuse that they just host online stores is not satisfactory. Shouldn't they at least have a policy of the store dealing with complaints they receive? Because I sent in complaints to ever bit of contact information available, which was slim to start with. Also, if they are supposedly not responsible or at fault in this instance why did it take a year (almost to the day) to provide a response to this complaint? My family and I will never shop with another merchant hosted by them again.
