Big Chop Hair

I have purchased from this company before and received some beautiful items. I ordered a upart wig and a full wig. The two pieces were well made and lasted long. Recently I purchased a upart wig. This wig was horrible. It tangled all the time and shed constantly. I was so frustrated. I tried everything. It is a matted mess. It just keeps tangling and shedding. This wig was not cheap at all. I’m not sure what to do and I’m out of 300 dollars. Luckily I had a promo code or the wig would be more. I don’t know if they switched vendors but they need to go back to the original one.
