I rented a unit from this company on January I paid in advance for January and February, also paid for access card and damage depositI was told I would be refunded any days I have not usedThe unit was vacate on Saturday February at noonI called them and left a message the same day letting them know it was vacate It was clean without damageThe access card was mailed out on the Tuesday 20th February to the address on the contractIt was return to me as wrong mailing address I did finally spoke to them after many attempts and got a right mailing address and the card was sentOn the contract it says the security deposit will be returned to the User in the form of a cheque (this is the word they used) without interest within days following the User vacating the unit, this has not yet happenThe contract was signed by I think ***? unreadable, *** is ***
