Review: I went to Big City MFG to get graphics printed on products for my clothing line. I have paid them in full and it has been months since they have produced the items that they said they would produce. They keep giving me excuses and havent returned my calls in weeks and will not give me a refund. Due to this I have customers who now want refunds from the clothing that they purchased from my site and my brand is taking a hit because of this with major loss in sales, product placement on celebrities etc. I need this resolved immediately it has been over two months and they have still not gotten my items done that they have already been paid for in full.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the ENTIRE amount which I paid them. I would also like additional monetary compensation due to loss in sales, having the items not done in time for promotion and advertisement of the new lines, celebrities wearing the brand and the customers who needed the pieces they purchased for music videos etc, which would have generated thousands of dollars in sales for my brand if Big City MFG would have gotten my items done. This is an embarassment.
