Complaint ID [redacted] Attached are: (1) Invoice dated that listed what Big City Plumbing (BCP) promised to do (2) Invoice dated was fee BCP demanded for rectify their omission of a valve (3) Invoice dated was another extra BCP wanted for filing paperwork they failed to complete (4) Notification from DEP that they rejected the Annual Test Report (Test needed to be done each year) from another plumberOne of the reason is BCP failed to file the Initial Test Report (5) Payment check images Payments to BCP was split between my company and the tenant that occupy the building [redacted] (6) Blue print with the valve that BCP omitted shown Please let me know if you need any addition information or clarificationThank you
