I had Big City Tree Service remove 5 huge pine trees, they were very professional, safe, they cleaned up everything and I felt gave me a very fair price. I was impressed by them.

We have had two services done. In both cases the work has been of high quality, trustworthy, and fairly priced. However we needed follow-up work to do additional stump grinding and to complete removal of a tree that wasn't completed. It took us 2 days to get a callback. They finally committed to coming "first thing Monday morning" to complete. They never showed and have not returned any phone calls or text messages since. We had to hire another service to complete the work so we could finish our project.
