We have had two services done In both cases the work has been of high quality, trustworthy, and fairly priced However we needed follwork to do additional stump grinding and to complete removal of a tree that wasn't completed It took us days to get a callback They finally committed to coming "first thing Monday morning" to complete They never showed and have not returned any phone calls or text messages since We had to hire another service to complete the work so we could finish our project

I had Big City Tree Service remove huge pine trees, they were very professional, safe, they cleaned up everything and I felt gave me a very fair priceI was impressed by them
