I contacted Big Clean on Friday and spoke with xxxxx regarding my dryer It was taking several cycles to dry one load of clothes I had an appliance repairman come out and he told me the dryer was fine and my vent needed cleaning So I found his business on the Revdex.com site, and he made arrangements to come to my home on Saturday He was on time and very friendly He spent a couple of minutes being sure he understood my issue He immediately went to check my dryer, pulling it out and making sure the dryer hose had no issues We discovered the hose had a bend in it that certainly could cause me issues So the straighten the hose, but, he didn't stop there He put the dryer on and went outside to check the vent Sure enough the vent was blocked and as soon as he removed the cover the force from the dryer blew through the vent (xxxxx was covered in lint!)
