As per the pictures we sent you on April
29th, from the technician's visit prior to that, there are numerous scratches throughout the sectional that are also consistent with pet damage as well as the finish/color coming off of the furniture in areasAttached is the Superior Plus service planPlease refer to section for the customer's coverage and section C) Anything not specifically identified and included as covered by this Service Plan, D) Abuse or misuse of the Covered Product, E) wear and tear...fading or any color variation..., and G) Damage caused by animals (other than staining by pet bodily fluids) specifically for exclusions within the service planIf there is anything else please let me know

The Customer had a spring concern with the back of a seat and it was picked up and repairedWhen the set came back there was a scratch on the leather
All leather damage is repaired through a third party leather technician and we have sent
the work order to themWe offered to have the piece delivered to the customers home and for the tech to do a home visit but the customer has instructed us to deliver after the repair
As this is another company we do not have control over its timelineIt has been moved along and just awaiting repair

First of all, when they picked up for the spring problem, I told the service guy please do not add other damages and check before delivery,they promised but failedSecondly,when the leather technician came to my home to fix sofa leather scratch last time I asked him why did it take so long for you to come, he told me Big Comfort just sent him the work order one day agoSo someone is playing a trick around
And weeks has past, still no fix

Client had purchased a floor model final sale itemBig comfort has given them store credit to be used towards a new item

The client has her sectional in her home and was compensated with a free delivery.

We have issued a full refund to the customer.
