Good Afternoon,We really apologize for the inconvenience what our client was going through.We had a big issue with the Dry Cleaning Company which was giving us their services.Now the issue has been solved and we are providing one of the best Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning service in the area.The
client's clothes are cleaned and ready to be picked up by the client or we can delivery her clothes to her address.The client does not need to pay for the service / for her cleaned clothes (the ticket # ***).Also, we did not receive any phone calls from the client regarding the issue. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.The business has contacted me and notes that the clothes are ready to be picked up, however I am out of the country and will not be able to retrieve them until my return on July *** Onice retrieved, I can confirm they have all been returned in good condition.
