I don't agree with the information contained on your complaint report,
I did receive sassy message from Mrs *** demanding I come over thereI called her back & told her I would come over & take care of problemI go over there & have my
men clean up the mess; she then wants me to fix spots in her concreteSo now we patched spots, cleaned up mess & she was still complaining at this point
This was the first time I met this women I have not dealt her at allI communicate with her husband every time with on the phone
She continued to explain her husband tried to contact meWhen I saw the husband he explained he never tried to called me this is what he said....The husband then continued to explain his wife complains about everything its always somethingThis is after I went to clean up mess & patch the spots
She calls me again & is still unhappyI go over & she is complaining, I'm sorry but at this point I had zero tolerance because it is continuousShe asking to fix this spot that is 1/16th of inch, its was nothingI asked her how do you want me to fix it? She proceeded to say this concrete is not going to last a yearJust fix itFinally I got to a point where I told her I'm not fixing anything & I left
Within the hour period I called her husband & told him, I told him I went to your house yesterday & spoke with your wife & we got into a little bit of a argument things got heatedI told him I'm willing send my guy over there & fix what ever she wants us to fix but I will not deal with your wifeI dealt with you the entire projectShe is making all these demandsI told him if you want I will send a guy over there & fix it Call me back & let me knowWell the husband never called meThis is the truth of the story & I will still try to go over there & make this women happy, but only if I can deal with her husband I will not deal with her
I even asked her to you want me to cut this out I can cut this whole square out, The wife's answer is I don't want you to do that, I just want you to fix it! It's a basketball court she is going to have kids on it
My intend is to make it right & fix & clean the problem areas

I called because I am the one that saw the spots in our concreteEveryone that has been on that pad has asked us about the patch that's darkened and roughly 2'x3' with a 6-10" white lumpy patch in the centerHe said there was probably an issue with the cement but it wasn't an issue with workmanshipWe paid him to do a jobWe hired him to do the workIf there's an issue with the cement it's on him to make it rightThis isn't the first complaint against this company for shoddy concrete and poor treatment of customers
