Review: Tried to purchase a 2007 dodge 2500 with their "billboard stating guaranteed approval", was told from [redacted] I was approved for the sale with only my credit being ran with $3000 down and $767.69 a month for 39 months, then [redacted] the finance person stated I could get a better rate with a cheaper down payment if I added my wife. After them running her credit the monthly payment total went to 42 months not 39 at the same amount. I told [redacted] I wanted her off the contract multiple times and he stated we will just try it with hers also stating "it looks better with 2 people on the contract". We left the deposit and drove the truck home on Friday and on Monday the transmission started going out and I took it back on Tuesday and [redacted] said to leave it and an employee gave me a ride home, after a week of [redacted] stating to "lie" to the finance company that "I still had the truck in my possession" and that he took my wife off the contract, he stated he would fix the transmission after it got financed and would not give me anything in writing stating that. When the finance company called to verify employment for myself and then called my wife to verify her employment I stated that she was not supposed to be on the contract. After them calling several more times to verify her employment I told the region manager to take her off the contract. When I talked to [redacted] later that day he stated they declined to finance it with only me on the contract and I asked for my deposit back. Since then he has told me everyday that the owner "[redacted]" is aware and he has not issued a check for me! I have talked to [redacted] every business day since and have gotten the same answer!Desired Settlement: Get my deposit back
