area. The property in question was just serviced 2 wks prior to this complaint being submitted. And after Ms. [redacted]'s call they revisited this cabin again at our request. We take this matter very seriously.
Because Ms. [redacted] vacated the property before she contacted us , we were not given the opportunity to correct the situation and to satisfy our guest. All guests are provided with multiple contact numbers so that we can be available to them 24 hours a day while they are staying with us.
It is also clearly stated in our cancellation policy that once a guest has checked into their property no refunds will be issued.
I am willing to provide you with any documentation concerning the content of this letter at your request.

I did not contact the manager because it was after 9 p.m. When we saw the first spider. I did not trust their pest control services so moving us to another ca in would not have worked. I have an 82 yo mother and did not want to take the risk of her being bit by a brown recluse. One of the large spiders was crawling under the bedspread. We had nowhere safe to sleep. Our vacation was ruined as we left that night. I would hope a reputable business would take our loss into consideration. I would like to see proof that the owner is aware of this situation a d that the manager is using a professional pest control company. Also the grill was filthy and smelled like fish
