toyhaulers Mr*** expressed interest in a Vengeance model ***, and to trade in his 2011FusionMr*** agreed to the terms of the deal,filled out a credit application, signed the credit application and left a $1,deposit to purchase the Vengeance from us as long as we: swap the keyless entry lock from his trade to the new unit, swapped the JT Strong arm stabilizers and pillow top mattress from his trade and make arrangements to have his trade picked up & brought to our location in Bend as Mr*** lived in *** and wanted us to pick up the trade on Tuesday 4-12-16.On 4-11-Mr*** called in and stated that he had shopped around and found the same Vengeance for less money and wanted to know what we could do on the price to have him continue with the purchase from us & at that time Mr*** stopped us from picking up his trade inWe reworked the numbers lowering the sales price by $2,and giving Mr*** $7,more for his trade inAt that point Mr.*** agreed once again to move forward with the transaction with the new numbers & that he would bring his trade in himself and would bring in a check in full from his own credit union as they could beat the rate, we had Mr*** approved for, & scheduled his pidate on his new RV from 4-16-at 12pm.Mr*** came in on 4-16-16, brought us a check in full from his credit union and picked up his new RV.We find it odd that days of owning his new Vengeance Mr*** has come forward with these allegationsIf Mr.*** is unhappy with the floorplan or has warranty issues that need to be addressed,Big Country RV would like to help him
