This website offers Orion- HCCA Subwoofer or Amplifiers that are not in stock. we have contacted Orion Car Audio and they have mentioned that this company does not have the rights to offer or sell Orion products. They are not distributors of the Orion-HCCA. We have processed a claim for reimbursement.

I ordered an item from Back Country Sporting Goods in Escondido, Ca. Although the website made it sound like the item was in stock and available for purchase, the email confirmation of my order said, “The magazine you ordered is on backorder for a couple weeks. We will put this on order for you unless you ask us to cancel.” It’s been four months and still no item, and no further contact from them. I also called but went straight to voicemail.

I placed Two orders with what they want you to believe are in-stock items.
The following day, I received an email stating "We will deliver in "about" Two weeks" They left me wondering what is "about" Is it two weeks, Two months, Two months, Two Yrs.? Probably never. All the while holding my $287.65. If this review doesnt help you not to buy, then read other reviews stating this Company is a scam.

Ya I ll add a review and its not going to be a good one. I have read a few complaints from people that have ordered from this company. I disagree whole heartedly with this company when they say they contacted the customer about the product and they have received no response from that person. Who oders a product from a company and does nt want to know the delivery time of that product. That does nt even make sense. I got all the emails that I sent to this company when I had a problem receiving my shippment. They responded only to the emails they wanted to respond to . I got proof of the emails I sent and the emails they responded to. This company is a joke. My merchandise was back ordered for 2 weeks , that passed I sent them an email and got no response. Two days later I received my package. I ordered 3 fishing rods and only received 2 no where on the packing slip or in the package was anything that said 1 rod was backordered. I emailed them again they stated 1 rod was on back order again and eta on that rod was a month. They asked if I wanted to keep it on back order I told them hell ya I paid for the rod and the shipping. Then they cancell my order and stated my money would be returned to my account. Thats pending. What a joke. They need to make sure they also refund some of my shipping money also. Do not do any business with this company they are a joke

We have had no contact via e-mail or phone call from Mr. [redacted] regarding this order. E-mail was sent to Mr. [redacted] on 1/8/2018 to [redacted]@hotmail.com that the Quad-pod Blind kit was on back order asking if he wish to keep it on back order, we have had no response from the customer at...

this point and order has been cancelled and refunded in full.
