This machine ticks. I have owned other machines and they DO NOT tick. It has nothing to do with where it's located and/or being loud. I even sent him a video so he could hear it. There is something wrong with this machine. He seems to feel if it runs, there is nothing wrong. It has taken me reaching out to Revdex.com to get a response

there is nothing wrong with the machine, it's in her kitchen area in open area so it's not in basementit's a louder machine than has very high end commercial sized drum that does make more noise than a washer. customer had several outside deck stairs to deliver machine that
wasn't told to me delivery alone was worth $as it required people. she did help me deliver it but it wasn't ideal situationday warranty covers machine that isn't working, never offered a refundi'll have someone look at the machine and if there is an issue that's legit I will swap out unit

Sold the customer a washer and dryerOffered free delivery and installationone of the MAIN reasons I like to do the delivery and more importantly the installation is to check the equipment after hour or more on the roads which are full of potholes in *** areawashers and dryers don't like to
be moved place to place and there is a skill requiredCustomer refused installation so I wasn't able to check my machinesabout a week or two later he called to say he didn't think the washer was agitating properlyeverything works but the agitator was not spinning to his likingwe went out and diagnosed the problem when we were in the area again which was roughly 6/not sure though of exact date, then we ordered a few parts that we thought may make the agitator move morethe parts came in beginning of July but their were vacations involved with July 1-5th so wasn't around and we are a small internet business not a huge corporate company with many employeeswent out and fixed it first day back which was july 6thso from point of first complaint about agitator to machine being fixed to his liking total time to me not including a holiday vacation week was roughly weeksnot unusual in a small business where the machine actually functioned just not 100%I typically get these situations fixed quicker than that but again had to wait for the parts and had a vacation weekCustomer said he would on text tell Revdex.com that he's satisfied and would eliminate complaintI have a copy of the text on my phone saying so on July 7thit's now July 16th and I just received a letter from Revdex.com asking me to respond dated July 13thI don't believe this was worth my time nor his, definitely have thousands of customers all over New England who appreciate my services for the past four yearsand sometimes customers are down on a machine for longer periods of time as we await parts and try to schedule with themwe worked with this customer late night too to accommodate his scheduleMachine was fixed and I always honor my day warranty when customers need me to come back to rectify a problemmachines do break part of the business
