Buyer beware, this business installed our pool and we have had nothing but problems. We have had issues with everything from our pool pump; which they recommended and installed, being programmed completely incorrectly. The specific finish we wanted applied to the surface was done incorrectly. We requested blue quartz, and they put far too little quartz into the plaster and added blue dye (which we did not want or ask for) to cover up their cost-cutting, which within 6 months or less was fading badly. In addition the skimmer is completely crooked, demonstrating their shoddy workmanship and the pipes are leaking badly leaving the soil around the pool wet constantly.

We have contacted the owner [redacted] and have been ignored. We made complaints to the Revdex.com, and the board of contractors. We are currently pursuing legal proceedings.

Lesson learned, use a reputable contractor for your pool build. Stay away from Big Daddy, there is nothing good here. We are looking at minimum $6500 to fix what they did to the finish of our pool and we haven't even gotten to the root of the plumbing leak from their low quality work.

Big Daddy Pools has provided me with an outdoor Paradise. I absolutely love my new pool and my kids just love it. I have had a few "pool parties" and everyone compliments me on the backyard and the pool. Doug is great to work with and was awesome throughout the entire building process.
